CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
All prices mentioned on this website are in EUR/USD/MUR unless otherwise stated. Promotions displayed on this site may be changed or withdrawn without notice. Blackout dates may be applied.
Cancellations will only be processed after receipt of an official cancellation request by email to hoteldesbains@booking-hotel-mauritius.com. After canceling your reservation, you will receive an email confirming your cancellation to the email address you provided during the booking validation. To avoid fraud, refunds (when applicable) will only be made to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION DETAILS
All year free cancellation till 4 days before the arrival
• No-shows : 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Unexpected departures : no refund on reserved nights.
APPLICABLE PROCEDURE IN CASE OF FLIGHT DELAYS / CANCELLATIONS DUE TO UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (INCLUDING CYCLONES) :
No-show (“no-show”) :
In the event of a no-show at the hotel, Hotel des Bains Ltd will charge the cancellation fees to the customer provided for in the general conditions of sale. |
